[Message] RRP – A Canadian Company Commited To African Growth

Not too many companies enter Africa without the intention of exploiting our abundant resources and our genuine people, while simultaneously filling their own pockets for generations to come. Especially during these current economic conditions affecting the Energy industry; Our Nationals continue to work hard for these companies barely making enough to make ends meet while subsequently their bosses continue to lead an extravagant lifestyle, travelling the world, attending lavishes parties at the expense of Africans. But there is a company that is making a difference. This company puts the needs and welfare of our Nationals first before themselves. This company is RRP – Rapid Response Project a proudly Canadian owned and operated company.

RRP began its operations in 2003 specializing in Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management; With the intention and drive to provideengineering excellence, safety and quality while always being on budget & on schedule.

The unique business model that RRP employs allows them to be nimble, competitive while still continuing to deliver a quality product and service. One method that RRP has used during economic turmoil in the energy industry is FLAT RATE ENGINEERING. They have provided and continue to provide this for a number of Major Global Producers within their Major Projects Division. Not many companies are set up to do this. *References can be provided.

RRP has a team of individuals each of which having over 35 plus years of experience in their disciplines to provide the quality that supports these lower rates. The culture within RRP fosters an environment of passion, hard work and loyalty which most EPCM’s lack. The dollar is not the main focus but the results are. This combined experience and this model allows RRP to streamline the projects whereby eliminating redundancy and inexperience. This ensures that things are done right.

Further the basic principal is such, when times are tough – RRP is committed to its clients first and foremost to ensure that the project is feasible and the economics allow the client to continue their projects which facilitates work for locals and boosts the local economy. Bottom Line – Everyone Continues To Work.

RRP entered Chad by being awarded a two year contract with a one year extension with GLENCORE in August 2013. GLENCORE is a leader in the oil and gas sector making great advances by employing locals and developing the industry and country. RRP has since provided engineering and field support for GLENCORE.

As we all know, during these current economic conditions companies like RRP need to demonstrate its commitment to its Clients and the Nationals not only by talking but actually doing something. As you would have guessed RRP not only stepped up to the challenge but enforced it immediately. RRP not only provided FLAT RATE ENGINEERING but substantially reduced its rate in early 2015 to show its commitment to all its clients including GLENCORE in CHAD.
RRP’s continued commitment to their clients not only has the same team over the many years working and dedicated to their projects but also providing the same if not better engineering excellence and field support.

RRP has opened an office in Chad with the determination of hiring many locals. RRP has also had tremendous success in its Cameroon office which it opened in 2012. RRP continues to work on many major projects.

RRP’s impressive project portfolio with offices around the world exemplifies strength, performance and growth for their clients and the countries they work in. With RRP the future economic growth in AFRICA looks bright and prosperous.
